Martika Brianne Jones
Executive Director
Martika Brianne Jones is the Founder and CEO of BŪP®, an AI-driven lead nurturing platform for sales teams. With a decade of sales experience and a Master of Science in Entrepreneurship, she revolutionized business networking through AI technology. Martika has also served as an Entrepreneur-in-Residence, designing and managing programming for nonprofit entities. She now serves as the Executive Director of BŪP INNO, a Tampa-based nonprofit dedicated to fostering entrepreneurial growth and supporting underrepresented founders.
